Jawaharlal Nehru University offers admission to the Master of Computer Applications course through the performance on the entrance test. The previous year question papers or sample papers can make it easy for the students to crack the MCA entrance examination. JNU MCA Entrance Exam
Entrance exam is conducted by JNU for taking MCA admission. Students can obtain the MCA application form 2010 from JNU campus. If the students want to make a career in information technology, then this is the chosen course. Internet or University Library can provide you the last year papers. The eligibility to appear in an entrance exam is that you must possess Bachelors degree with at least 55% marks. It imparts in students the theoretical and practical knowledge. MCA course is basically of six semesters. It operates under the School of Computer and Systems Sciences. Only 30 students are selected. Majority of the applicants apply for the course and appear in an entrance examination.
Admission to the students is granted on the basis of the performance in the written test as it is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru University. The total no. of seats for taking admission is only 30. This makes the competition so tough as the innumerable no. of students appear in an entrance test. The admit card shall be issued to those students who have filed up and submitted the application form before the last date that is 15 March 2010. If students do not get the admit card then after 10th March 2010, they can download the admit card from the website. The last date for the complete application forms to be received is 15 March 2010. After the students have cleared the entrance test then they are required to appear for viva voce. The registration of the applicant selected for MCA admission is from 22 to 27 July and 2 to 5 August 2010. 5 August is the last date for the receipt of fees. The questions asked are based on the multiple choice questions.
